Procedure
(A) For new registration
- Application form (Size: 94 KB, Format: PDF, Language: English)
- Demand draft of Rs.2950/ in favour of Competent Authority.
- A bank guarantee (BG) of Rs.10, 000/ in favour of Competent Authority.
- Affidavit for non-conviction by any Court during last 5 years.
- Validity of registration shall be 5 years.
- Renewal of registration (under rule 25 of PAPR Act 95)
- The Estate Agent has to make an application at least three months prior to expiry of registration along-with same fee.
Time limit: - 05 working days from the date of receipt of application.
NOTE:It would be preferred to print on A4 sheet
